Under "Compatibility", check Disable Fullscreen Optimizations and Run this program as an administrator. Right-click Mc2Rel.exe, select "Properties". Install by running setup.exe as administrator, as normal. In return I figured out MechCommander 2 on Windows 10 (current version). I'm looking for the original MechCommander manual, with the beautiful art of all the Mechs.
I don't mean the Desperate Measures manual.
